Volunteer at Estafette, working in their seven stores in Friesland. You'll contribute to the sharing of goods, talent, craftsmanship, and inspiration, and have the opportunity to try out different tasks. You'll collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds in a warm, educational environment.
Job requirements
Almost everyone is welcome, regardless of education, experience, or background. Motivation is paramount; if there are no other obstacles, you can simply get started.
Tasks
- Working in different departments in the store.
- Cash register duties.
- Pricing of brought in second-hand goods.
- Transporting goods as a driver.
- Creative work involving reuse and recycling, such as styling and repurposing.

Description of the organisation
Estafette is a chain of seven recycling stores in Friesland that gives secondhand items a new life. The stores collectively save approximately 2,4 million kilos of waste annually and achieve significant CO2 savings. Estafette offers nearly 400 volunteers and dozens of students the opportunity to discover their talents and encourages secondhand as a first choice.
