Maintenance Engineer responsible for technical maintenance management of solar parks and energy storage.
Tasks: drawing up and implementing maintenance and inspection plans, fault analysis and optimization.
Required: higher professional education, knowledge of NEN1010/NEN3140/NEN3840, PV and BESS knowledge and VCA VOL.
Description
As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for the technical maintenance management of installations, including solar farms and energy storage facilities. You'll translate guidelines and analyses into operational forms and contribute to the long-term stability and efficiency of the installations.
Job requirements
- At least a higher vocational education diploma.
- Knowledge of NEN1010, NEN3140 and NEN3840.
- Knowledge of PV and BESS installations.
- Knowledge of databases and complex variables.
- Experience in developing maintenance plans that meet safety and quality requirements.
- Skilled in fault analysis, maintenance optimization and proposing concrete improvement proposals.
- VCA VOL certificate.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Works in a structured and consistent manner; independently, communicatively, and as a team player with an eye for detail and efficiency.
Tasks
- Develop and maintain detailed maintenance and inspection plans for multiple assets, such as solar parks and energy storage sites.
- Translating manufacturer guidelines and contractual requirements into concrete operational forms and action plans.
- Analyze performed maintenance work and perform failure analyses to improve performance and reliability.
- Develop and introduce improvements and innovations in maintenance strategies, balancing risks, costs, and performance.
- Monitor the implementation of maintenance and inspection plans in accordance with contracts and regulations and ensure the safety and quality of maintenance.
- Be jointly responsible for the maintenance budget, monitor the multi-year maintenance program (MYMP) and support budget determination and quotation processes.
- Document common failures with solutions and coordinate with colleagues to ensure implementation and continuity.
