As a Contract Manager Services at GroenLeven, you have a direct influence on O&M contracts within the organization.
Job requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in contract management with a contractor or project organization.
- HBO or WO work and thinking level.
- Experience with complex contracts, commercial negotiations and stakeholder management.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Commercially driven and insight into the impact of agreements on margin, risk and customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate at different levels.
- Takes initiative, identifies opportunities for improvement and takes responsibility for process improvements.
- Strong negotiation skills and results-oriented work with attention to deadlines and goals.
Tasks
- Drafting, negotiating and managing O&M contracts for internal and external projects.
- Preparing and conducting contract negotiations with customers, suppliers and partners.
- Check whether technical specifications are correctly included in contracts and record responsibilities.
- Updating draft contracts and processing new agreements and status updates in the system.
- Drawing up initial cost estimates for O&M services during tender and project preparations.
- Monitor and manage contractual agreements throughout the duration of projects and ensure internal coordination.
- Collaborate with colleagues from Services, Project Management, Business Development, and Purchasing, and answer questions from customers and colleagues about contractual agreements.
