Truck driver

As the driver of an 8x4 container truck with crane, you are an important link in the implementation of infrastructure projects in Groningen and Drenthe.

• Experience as a truck driver, preferably in the civil engineering or agricultural sector.
• In possession of a truck driving license and code 95.
• Valid VCA certificate.
• Shows initiative, is flexible, stress-resistant and motivated.
• Can work independently as well as in a team.
• Works accurately, has an eye for safety and is solution-oriented.

• Ensures the transport of soil, materials and equipment.
• Works on the basis of freight documents and loading instructions.
• Positions truck, trailer or low loader at the designated loading and unloading location.
• Loads and unloads materials and equipment using the crane.
• Performs daily checks and minor maintenance on the truck.
• Report technical defects to the workshop.
• Works on a variety of projects; carries out tasks independently and coordinates with colleagues.
