Description
As an all-round demolition worker, you'll work on a variety of demolition and dismantling projects in the Northern Netherlands, from renovations of occupied buildings to circular dismantling and industrial demolition. You'll start your day by meeting with colleagues and the site manager, determining the approach on-site, and ensuring the work is carried out safely and professionally.
Job requirements
- Demonstrable experience in regular and/or industrial demolition work.
- Knowledge of manual, mechanical and circular demolition techniques.
- Experience working with various machines and equipment, such as mini cranes and wheel loaders.
- In possession of VCA or willing to obtain it.
- Able to work as an independent executive and take responsibility on the project.
- An eye for safety, quality and the environment.
- Clear communication skills and pleasant cooperation with colleagues and managers.
- Motivation and the ability to think along when carrying out the work.
Tasks
- Start the day with colleagues and the project manager, and coordinate planning, safety and approach.
- Carrying out various demolition and dismantling activities, ranging from manual to mechanical work.
- Coordinating and supporting colleagues on the work floor.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality agreements.
- Coordinate with the executor or project manager regarding progress and planning.
- Working with various machines, tools and demolition equipment.
- Ensure a clean, safe and organized workplace.

A rapidly growing demolition company with a well-filled order book and over 25 years of experience, based in Tweede Exloërmond. A close-knit team works on demolition and remediation projects in the Northern Netherlands and occasionally beyond. Safety is a top priority (SCL level 3), and a safety working group contributes to the project from the ground up.
