Job requirements

Tasks
- Carrying out preparatory ground works for pavers.
- Assisting with excavators.
- Laying of sewers.
- Installing drainage gullies and gutters.
- Installing retaining walls.
- Carrying out small paving works.
- Performing various other general tasks.

Description of the organization
Zuidema is a close-knit family business in the Northeast Netherlands, active in civil engineering, road and water construction, and recycling. We have been based in Hoogeveen since 1963.
Approximately forty colleagues work daily on diverse and impressive infrastructure projects. Through expert and careful work, the organization manages waste streams—collection, transport, processing, and application—so that a larger proportion of raw materials is reused. Craftsmanship and commitment are central to this.
Work planners, project managers, and administrative staff handle planning, procurement, safety, and communication so that execution and preparation are well aligned.
