Real Estate Maintenance Work Planner
Junior property maintenance work planner for the preparation and implementation of sustainability projects.
Responsible for quotations, planning, materials management, progress registration and customer consultation.
Required: MBO/HBO degree in Construction Engineering or comparable and basic construction knowledge; work in the Northern Netherlands.
Description
Junior Project Planner Real Estate Maintenance in a starting position where you will learn to ensure that projects run smoothly from preparation to execution, guided by experienced colleagues.
Job requirements
- Completed vocational or higher professional education in Construction, Real Estate or similar, or almost completed.
- Internship experience or initial work experience in construction is an advantage.
- Interested in real estate maintenance and sustainability.
- Basic construction insight and an eye for quality.
- Proficiency with digital systems.
- Curiosity, initiative, a proactive attitude and good communication skills.
- Experience with painting or maintenance is a plus.
Tasks
- Assist in preparing quotations and budgets.
- Support in the planning and preparation of projects.
- Order and check materials.
- Track hours, costs and progress in the digital system.
- Consult with colleagues in the implementation and participate in progress meetings with clients.
- Thinking about smart and sustainable solutions.
- Step by step, take more responsibility and learn to maintain an overview and monitor quality.
Working conditions
- Direct appointment by the client or secondment via an intermediary.
- Location: Hoogezand.
