As a project and process manager, you work within a close-knit, multidisciplinary team, bringing parties together to monitor processes and deliver projects within time, scope, and budget.
Job requirements
- Completed higher professional education.
- At least 3 years of work experience as a project and process manager.
- Strong communication skills; you communicate clearly and know how to turn criticism into constructive conversations.
- Familiar with the fields of civil engineering, urban planning and area development.
- Full command of the Dutch language, minimum C1 level (oral and written).
Tasks
- Optimize, monitor and improve existing processes.
- As a project manager, deliver concrete results within the agreed time, scope and budget.
- Staying calm, maintaining an overview and taking firm control of the process without taking over tasks from others.
- Deploying the right specialists within and outside the organization and bringing parties together.
- Set markers where necessary and move them when the process requires it.
