Description

In this role, you will work with teams to carry out activities at all Business Unit locations, including managing and processing various soil and waste flows at TOP locations.

As the person responsible for the site, you prioritize working safely in accordance with environmental and hygiene regulations; you maintain continuous contact with internal and external stakeholders and ensure that short-term and long-term operational planning is implemented.

You monitor financial estimates, ensure accurate administration, and implement process or location adjustments in consultation; you report to the Operations Manager.

Job requirements

  • Relevant higher professional education and an affinity with (civil) engineering.
  • Demonstrable leadership experience.
  • Customer-oriented attitude.
  • Relevant knowledge of waste legislation, environmental permits and regulations is an advantage.
  • Good command of Dutch; English is a plus.
  • Ability to structure and organize production planning.
  • Drive to improve operational performance and address colleagues on deviant behavior.
  • Flexible attitude and ability to maintain contacts with external relations and internal departments.
