Description
As a Property Maintenance Estimator, you are the point of contact and the central figure for incoming quotation requests and project start-ups. You ensure that the preparation runs smoothly and maintain an overview of quotations, hours, costs, materials, and progress, in collaboration with the Project Manager and your fellow estimator.
Job requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a work planner or estimator in construction related to property maintenance.
- Affinity for sustainable real estate; experience with painting and/or glazing is a plus.
- Strong construction insight and sense for quality.
- Proficiency with digital systems.
- Good communication and coaching skills.
- Initiative and sense of responsibility.
Tasks
- Act as the point of contact for incoming quotation requests and project starts.
- Managing requests for quotations and work preparation for projects in the Northern Netherlands.
- Drawing up quotations and estimates.
- Ordering or checking materials.
- Collaborate with the project manager and fellow estimator during preparation and execution.
- Monitoring quotes, hours, costs, materials, and progress using the digital system and adjusting where necessary.
- Coaching the team and building lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the QHSE manager to prepare projects safely and responsibly, and participate in progress meetings with clients and colleagues.

- Based in Hoogezand; working area Northern Netherlands.
Description of the organisation

The property department carries out painting, glazing, project furnishing, wall covering, and carpentry work within new construction, maintenance, and earthquake repair projects. A suitable team of skilled professionals is assembled for each project, and the company works, for example, in RGS teams, according to LEAN planning, or as a total provider where the entire execution is coordinated.
