Description

As a Property Maintenance Estimator, you are the point of contact and the central figure for incoming quotation requests and project start-ups. You ensure that the preparation runs smoothly and maintain an overview of quotations, hours, costs, materials, and progress, in collaboration with the Project Manager and your fellow estimator.

Job requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a work planner or estimator in construction related to property maintenance.
  • Affinity for sustainable real estate; experience with painting and/or glazing is a plus.

Tasks

  • Act as the point of contact for incoming quotation requests and project starts.
  • Managing requests for quotations and work preparation for projects in the Northern Netherlands.
  • Drawing up quotations and estimates.
  • Ordering or checking materials.
  • Collaborate with the project manager and fellow estimator during preparation and execution.
  • Monitoring quotes, hours, costs, materials, and progress using the digital system and adjusting where necessary.
  • Coaching the team and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the QHSE manager to prepare projects safely and responsibly, and participate in progress meetings with clients and colleagues.
