Excavation Damage Prevention Officer
Point of contact at locations with high-risk excavation activities to prevent excavation damage.
You check excavation regulations, assist with surveying, provide information, and record observations.
Requires a minimum of MBO-4 level and experience with cables and pipelines.

You are the point of contact at locations with high-risk excavation activities and stand on the front line against careless excavation actions. You contribute to preventing excavation damage through guidance, education, and recording observations.
Job requirements
- Minimum MBO-4 level in a relevant technical education.
- Experience with safety and/or management of cables and pipes.
- Knowledge of digital tools and technical systems.
Tasks
- Check whether excavation rules are being followed on site and intervene in the event of careless excavation activities.
- Providing support when cables and pipes cannot be located immediately, including during re-measuring.
- Provide information sessions to contractors and excavators on working safely and effectively.
- Accurately record observations and activities in reports to confirm and reduce damage claims.

Description of the organization
Together with approximately 25 colleagues, you will work in a nationwide team with extensive technical knowledge and experience. The team works proactively to minimize the risk of excavation damage and contributes to the safety of the surrounding area and employees at excavation sites.
