Description
You work on large-scale maintenance and renovation projects and act as the point of contact for clients, primarily housing associations.
You analyze client requirements, develop scenarios and innovative plans, and implement sustainable solutions within projects.
You provide construction expertise in inspections, calculations, planning, and project preparation, and coordinate with project managers, supply chain partners, and the execution team.
Job requirements
- HBO working and thinking level.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar position (approximately 2–5 years).
- Service-oriented qualities and good technical insight.
- Competencies: dynamic, accurate, and proactive.
Tasks
- Working on large-scale maintenance and renovation projects for clients, particularly housing associations.
- As the point of contact, analyze customer inquiries and co-develop strategic solutions.
- Developing scenarios and innovative plans for major maintenance and renovation.
- Devising alternatives to execute projects as effectively and with the highest quality possible.
- Conduct an intensive dialogue with the client and the execution team to determine the best scenario.
- Responsible for the implementation of sustainable solutions within projects.
- Drafting and contributing to price calculations, overall planning, and project preparation.
- Conducting inspections and developing calculations, planning, and scenarios based on construction expertise.
- Alignment and coordination with the client, project manager, and partners for optimal project realization.
- Ensuring proper work preparation and resident communication within projects.
