Installation Technician
Works on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heating and climate systems.
Requires MBO level 3 or equivalent experience and at least two years of relevant work experience.
Works independently at clients in Friesland, Groningen, and Drenthe with a service van and breakdown service.
Description
You work for an installation company that delivers craftsmanship and reliable technology. You carry out work for clients in the region and work for both private and business clients. You drive a service van to clients and participate in the breakdown service approximately once every eight weeks. You work independently, communicate easily with colleagues, and assist clients in a clear and friendly manner.
Job requirements
- MBO level 3 education in installation, electrical, or service technology (level 2 with experience is also acceptable).
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Customer-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
- Independent, flexible, and neat in your work.
- Interested in new installation techniques.
- Driving license B (BE is an advantage).
- Certificates such as VCA, CO-craftsmanship, and F-gases are a plus, or you are willing to obtain them.
Tasks
- Working on various installations such as heat pumps, refrigeration systems, air handling, and central heating systems.
- Installation and commissioning of heat pumps.
- Installing solar water heaters and solar energy systems.
- Installation and maintenance of central heating systems.
- Working on ventilation and air handling systems such as heat recovery units and air conditioners.
- Testing and optimizing climate control systems.
- Filling, testing, and adjusting refrigeration systems.
- Analyzing and resolving faults.
- Carrying out periodic maintenance.
- Participate in the breakdown service (approximately 6 times a year).
- Recording work performed and maintaining records.
- Informing and advising customers about installations.
