Description

Location: Leeuwarden. You ensure that the energy transition gains a foothold, literally and figuratively.

You work on sustainable projects in Groningen and Friesland, such as the installation of cable routes, substations, and connections to solar and wind farms. You arrange agreements with landowners so that projects can start.

Job requirements

  • HBO education in real estate, property management or similar.
  • At least five years of experience in land acquisition and land affairs.
  • Financial and legal insight into land use.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure projects or agriculture is an advantage.
  • Member or aspiring member of the NVR or completed training as a steward.
  • Strong communication skills and a sense of interests.

Tasks

  • Negotiating the purchase, use, or lease of land for cables, pipelines, and stations.
  • Drafting and elaborating legal documents and compensation schemes.
  • Facilitating kitchen table conversations with landowners and explaining the project.
  • Coordinating with legal experts, environmental managers, and technicians regarding conditions and progress.
