As a New Business Account Manager, you connect clients with technical experts and help companies, governments, and developers realize sustainable energy projects. You act as a link between the client and the content: you identify opportunities, develop proposals, and ensure that sustainable ideas are actually implemented. You will be employed directly by the client; BETR Personeel will guide you through the selection process and assist in finding the right match.

Job requirements

  • HBO or WO education, for example commercial economics, technology or sustainability.
  • At least five years of experience in a B2B environment, preferably in consultancy or the energy sector.
  • Commercially minded, strong analytical skills, and results-oriented.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to switch between engineers and executive level.
