Electrical engineering supervisor who leads the replacement, maintenance, and fault handling of the electricity grid and coaches teams.
Minimum MBO-3 with practical experience or MBO-4 in electrical engineering, and knowledge of BEI-BLS and BEI-BHS.
Works on energy transition projects in the Northern Netherlands.
Description
As a Site Supervisor, you contribute to projects related to the energy transition in the Northern Netherlands and are given the opportunity to contribute ideas on the renewal of the site supervisor role. As an aspiring Site Supervisor, you are the link between Enexis, technicians, and municipalities. You ensure that technicians can carry out their work safely and assess completed work for craftsmanship, quality, and safety.
Job requirements
- Minimum MBO-3 with relevant practical experience (scale 11) or MBO-4 diploma in electrical engineering (scale 12).
- Some experience and a deep-rooted interest in energy technology.
- Knowledge of BEI-BLS and BEI-BHS.
- Working with a safety mind according to the motto: "We work safely, or we don't work at all."
- Willingness and ability to seek technical solutions and inform colleagues and customers in clear language.
- Coaching skills for guiding your team.
- Work comfortably in an environment with voltages up to approximately 10.000 volts.
Tasks
- Leading the replacement, renovation and maintenance of the electricity network.
- Resolving minor and major malfunctions and participating in large-scale sustainability projects.
- Coaching teams of technicians, mechanics and subcontractors.
- Ensuring that work is coordinated and projects are delivered on time and as agreed.
- Contributing ideas on smart execution methods for future projects and indicating the necessary people and resources in a timely manner.
- Participate in the on-call service for breakdowns as a work supervisor when you are fully deployable and authorized.
