Process operator
Process operator in a 5-shift system, responsible for monitoring and adjusting technical production processes.
Preferred requirement: MBO Process Technology or Operator B and several years of relevant experience.
Location: production site in Coevorden, focused on biogas and high-quality fertilizers.
Description
As a process operator, you contribute daily to sustainability within the energy sector. You monitor and adjust mechanical, physical, and chemical processes to ensure continuity. You work at the production site in Coevorden (Europark) in a 5-shift system and report to the team leader and the management team.
Job requirements
- Preferably completed training in Process Operator B or MBO Process Technology.
- At least several years of recent work experience in a similar position within a complex production environment.
- Good technical insight and the ability to oversee the entire process.
- Positive and critical work attitude; professional competence.
- A natural team player, proactive, and versatile; you seek improvements independently and together with colleagues.
- Effective communication skills and attention to safe working practices, logic, and quality.
- Certificates such as VCA, ATEX, and NEN 3140, and experience with shovel and forklift operations are an advantage but not required.
Tasks
- Setting up and checking technical installations.
- Adjusting the process to ensure continuity and prevent deviations and malfunctions.
- Performing process and product controls.
- Analyze, assess and resolve deviations and malfunctions, independently or as part of a team, depending on the service.
- Performing supporting maintenance work in collaboration with the Technical Department (TD).
- Identifying risks and translating them into concrete actions to improve continuity and safety.
- Actively contribute to safety, the environment, quality, efficiency, and the continuous improvement of processes.
