Environmental Advisor for the Drenthe region, working within a growing department. You provide advice to companies and government bodies on compliance with environmental laws and regulations and work in multidisciplinary teams on a healthy, safe living environment.

Job requirements

Tasks

  • Assessing and supervising environmental permits and notifications.
  • Ensuring that companies comply with laws and regulations regarding noise, odor, ecology, external safety, light, air quality, sustainability, and energy.
  • Consult with clients, companies and consultants.
  • Advising municipal parties on complex (multiple) environmental permit applications in various sectors.
  • Advising on developments and bottlenecks at companies requiring permits.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary projects from within the field.
