Description

As a production employee in IJlst, you will work in various departments and ensure that machines and the mixing process run smoothly. You will resolve minor malfunctions yourself and collaborate with colleagues on the production of roofing rolls and insulation products.

Job requirements

  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
  • In possession of a forklift certificate or willing to obtain one.
  • At least 18 years old.

Tasks

  • Adding raw materials to the machine and entering recipes for mixing.
  • Regularly check that the quality is good and ensure that there are always enough raw materials ready.
  • Ensure that roofing rolls are placed neatly on the pallet and check that pallets are properly sealed.
  • Refill foil when necessary.
  • Independently resolve minor machine malfunctions to keep the production process running.

Working conditions

  • Working hours in 3-shift system: week 06:00–14:00, week 14:00–22:00, week 22:00–06:00; weekends off.
  • Team allowance.
  • Travel expenses allowance of €0,23 per km.
