Requirements: MBO Process Engineering and several years of relevant experience in a complex production environment.

This role makes an active contribution to a future-proof energy supply within the energy sector. You work in a team and report to the team leader and the management team.
Job requirements
- MBO education in Process Technology (preferably Operator B) or similar.
- Several years of relevant work experience in a complex production environment.
- Strong technical insight and the ability to oversee processes holistically.
Tasks
- Monitoring processes and intervening promptly in the event of deviations to ensure stability and continuity.
- Ensure the optimal adjustment and operation of technical installations.
- Actively adjust production processes to minimize disruptions and downtime.
- Perform process and quality controls.
- Analyzing, assessing, and resolving malfunctions, both independently and as part of a team.
- Assist with maintenance work in collaboration with the technical department.
- Identify risks and translate them into concrete improvement actions.
- Actively contribute to safety, environment, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
