Description

As an interim advisor, you work in a small, enthusiastic team to help the organisation act with integrity and comply with relevant laws and regulations.

You support the expansion and management of energy infrastructure for natural gas, hydrogen, CO2, and heat by applying your knowledge and expertise to the realization of ambitious goals.

Job requirements

  • Completed university degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
  • At least five years of relevant work experience as a compliance professional within large organisations.
  • Experience with privacy, fraud, and other integrity issues.
  • Experience conducting investigations into inappropriate behavior and integrity incidents.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.

Tasks

  • Conducting risk analyses in the areas of compliance, integrity, and privacy.
  • Providing solicited or unsolicited advice to the business on compliance, integrity, and privacy issues.
  • Conducting awareness activities, including giving presentations and developing and rolling out awareness tools.
  • Drafting policies regarding compliance, integrity, and privacy.
  • Handling reports and conducting investigations into integrity or inappropriate conduct incidents.
  • Monitoring business processes with regard to compliance with rules, integrity, and privacy.
  • Drafting reports on compliance, integrity, and privacy.

Working conditions

  • Salaried employment, salary scale in accordance with the applicable collective labour agreement.
  • Hire term April through December 2026, with an option for extension.
  • Location: Groningen; hybrid working is possible in consultation, with a minimum of two to three days at the office depending on the workload.
  • Fixed 13th month (holiday pay) and 14th month.
  • 20 vacation days for full-time employment; purchase up to 27,5 extra leave days with a flexible choice budget.
  • Travel allowance of €0,23 per km for commuting.
  • Monthly home work allowance of €24,50 (net).
