Passenger

As a co-driver, you are the driver's right hand and assist in collecting commercial waste in East Frisia. You work on an on-call basis from Drachten (or are available from Groningen) and depart early in the morning with rotating drivers. You will join a committed team that strives for safe, sustainable, and efficient waste collection.

• Flexible availability for two days on weekdays.
• Mastery of the Dutch language.
• Residing in the Drachten area.
• In possession of a car, so that you can be deployed from the Groningen base if necessary.

• Depart with the driver between approximately 06:00 and 07:00, with the driver changing per shift.
• Following the planned route for the day and performing work along that route.
• Collection of commercial waste at various locations, from manufacturing companies to local hospitality businesses.
• Connecting containers to the truck and ensuring they are emptied safely and efficiently.
• Driving from company to company; the completion time varies by route.

• Travel allowance of €0,23 per kilometre (maximum €11,50 per day).
• Flexible part-time or long-term job; temporary with the prospect of permanent employment (approximately 6 months to 1 year).
• Outdoor function.
• Quickly to a permanent contract and a rating of 9+ from flex workers.
• Training voucher of €1.000 for a training course of your choice and budget for training, courses and short training courses.

You'll be working for a waste collection company specializing in the collection, transport, and processing of various types of commercial waste. The organisation is constantly seeking sustainable solutions and follows the latest developments in recycling and sustainability.
