  • Develop and manage maintenance budgets and perform analyses for make-or-buy decisions.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and obligations regarding maintenance, safety and the environment (including steam inspections, energy-saving obligations, wastewater).
  • Act as a point of contact for external parties such as suppliers and government agencies (municipality, water board).
  • Optimizing maintenance processes and initiating improvement projects, for example further development of the nut production line.

Working conditions

This is a key position with a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to build and professionalize a maintenance organisation. The benefits package includes, among other things, 25 vacation days, 9,5 compensatory time off days, a year-end bonus of 4,25%, and a pension scheme.

Description of the organisation

Producer and distributor of organic and biodynamic preserves, soups, sauces, and nut butters for brands and private labels. The company combines traditional craftsmanship with modern production techniques and has multiple production sites and a diverse fleet of machinery, ranging from seasonal vegetable lines to 24-hour peanut production. The organisation focuses on sustainability throughout the entire chain (from cultivation to packaging) and supplies health food stores and large retailers. The company continues to grow and develop.

The technical department consists of eight mechanics and a work planner. The team possesses extensive technical knowledge, currently works largely reactively, and wishes to receive more responsibility and involvement in improvement projects. There is a cultural ambition towards proactive action and further development of the team.
