Service engineer
Description
You ensure that meter cabinets in the Drenthe region are safe and ready for the energy transition. You work from home, hop into a company van, and visit customers at home for maintenance and fault resolution.
Job requirements
- Technical diploma at MBO level 2 or higher, preferably in electrical engineering.
- Instruction VOP LS Meter Cabinet and VOP G Meters.
- Good command of the Dutch language.
- Driving License B.
- Residing in the Drenthe region due to the local nature of the position.
- Responsible work attitude focused on safe technical solutions and clear communication with colleagues and customers.
Tasks
- Performing maintenance work around the meter cupboard.
- Resolving malfunctions in (smart) meters.
- Assisting customers at home with maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Working in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with applicable safety regulations.
Working conditions
- Contribution of 70% to the ABP Choice Pension.
- Personal budget of 10% and a 13th month of 10,7% of the gross annual salary; flexible to use.
- 24,5 vacation days for full-time employment; additional leave days possible via personal budget and 13th month (up to additional leave days possible).
- Laptop or tablet and telephone that may be used privately.
- Own company van with materials and an allowance of €80 per month for lunch to go.
- Vitality budget of €700, for example, for a gym membership.

- Compensation of €455 gross per full week of breakdown service.
- Possibility to work from home with a workspace set up by the organisation.

Description of the organisation
You work in a team within the realization domain, together with installers, site managers, technicians, and specialists. The work is varied: you drive from home to diverse locations, from city centers to residential areas, and carry out work on meter cabinets and meters.
The organisation provides further training through an internal training center and keeps employees up to date with technological developments.
