Description

As Corporate KAVM Coordinator, you are part of the central KAVM team led by the KAVM Manager and are responsible for the organisation-wide coordination of KAVM policy.

Job requirements

  • Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, preferably in Environmental Science or Business Administration.
  • Advanced Safety Science is a plus.
  • Experience with quality management in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Certificates or courses in the fields of working conditions, internal auditing, safety, and business administration are desirable.
  • Organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage people substantively.
  • Resilience and the ability to create structure; the ability to work well independently.

Tasks

  • Coordinating the KAVM policy within the entire organisation.
  • Managing and monitoring the certified integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Planning, coordinating, and conducting internal audits.
  • Coordinating external audits.
  • Coordinating the process for remedying shortcomings in the management system.
  • Communicating, informing, and coordinating changes in standards.
  • Contribute to the KAVM annual plan and prepare KAVM management reports.
  • Advising the Board of Directors and senior management on QHSE aspects, such as certification and permitting processes.
  • (Co-)leading KAVM projects.
  • Fulfilling a signaling function regarding changing legislation and regulations.
  • Ensure the management of the manual.
  • Coordinating with KAVM advisors within the organisation and maintaining contact with relevant external organisations.
