The Corporate Coordinator QHSE coordinates quality, safety, working conditions, and the environment within the organisation.
You manage the integrated management system and coordinate internal and external audits.
A higher professional education level and experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 are required.
Description
As Corporate KAVM Coordinator, you are part of the central KAVM team led by the KAVM Manager and are responsible for the organisation-wide coordination of KAVM policy.
Job requirements
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, preferably in Environmental Science or Business Administration.
- Advanced Safety Science is a plus.
- Experience with quality management in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Certificates or courses in the fields of working conditions, internal auditing, safety, and business administration are desirable.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage people substantively.
- Resilience and the ability to create structure; the ability to work well independently.
Tasks
- Coordinating the KAVM policy within the entire organisation.
- Managing and monitoring the certified integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Planning, coordinating, and conducting internal audits.
- Coordinating external audits.
- Coordinating the process for remedying shortcomings in the management system.
- Communicating, informing, and coordinating changes in standards.
- Contribute to the KAVM annual plan and prepare KAVM management reports.
- Advising the Board of Directors and senior management on QHSE aspects, such as certification and permitting processes.
- (Co-)leading KAVM projects.
- Fulfilling a signaling function regarding changing legislation and regulations.
- Ensure the management of the manual.
- Coordinating with KAVM advisors within the organisation and maintaining contact with relevant external organisations.
