Description

As a Carbon Black Operator, you are responsible for packing the finished carbon black product from bunkers into big bags, performing many tasks from a forklift and operating the packing line.

Job requirements

  • Completed technical training at VAPRO-A level.
  • In possession of a forklift driver's license.
  • Knowledge of process automation.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a chemical production environment is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good at working within a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a focus on safety.
  • Willingness to undergo further training and develop knowledge.

Tasks

  • Packing carbon black from various bunkers into big bags.
  • Operating and maintaining the packing line.
  • Primarily working from the forklift during the packing process.
  • Ensuring a clean and safe workplace to guarantee product quality and safety.
  • Contribute to the production process with an eye for detail and technical insight.

Description of the organisation

CIRCTEC converts worn car tires into carbon black and biofuels in an energy-neutral way. The plant was recently opened and consists of multiple reactors; expansion is taking place with additional new reactors to increase capacity. CIRCTEC is growing from an opening team of approximately 60 employees into a larger organisation during further scaling up.
