Real Estate Inspector
Inspector who inspects buildings and provides advice on maintenance and sustainability. Prepares multi-year maintenance plans, annual plans, and reports, and performs daily management. Requires MBO/HBO in Construction Engineering or Installation Technology, knowledge of NEN 2767, and a B driver's license.

In this role, you are the expert who advises on the future of buildings. You take charge of the condition of public real estate and connect technology, sustainability, and costs to make buildings future-proof.

- MBO or HBO diploma in Construction or Installation Technology.
- Knowledge of the NEN 2767 condition assessment methodology.
- Experience with the EPA-U system, EED processes, and/or EML.
- Relevant work experience in a similar position and preferably experience with O-forecasting.
- Driving license B to visit various project locations.
Tasks
- Assessing buildings on their current condition and energy status through inventories and inspections.
- Advising on necessary maintenance and smart improvements to make buildings more sustainable.
- Estimating costs, working methods, and priorities of activities.
- Drafting multi-year maintenance budgets (MJOB) with a focus on sustainability and circularity.
- Drafting annual plans and reports.
- Carrying out the day-to-day management of the real estate.
