Job requirements

Tasks

  • Assessing buildings on their current condition and energy status through inventories and inspections.
  • Advising on necessary maintenance and smart improvements to make buildings more sustainable.
  • Estimating costs, working methods, and priorities of activities.
  • Drafting multi-year maintenance budgets (MJOB) with a focus on sustainability and circularity.
  • Drafting annual plans and reports.
  • Carrying out the day-to-day management of the real estate.
