As a junior Project Manager for Sustainable Management and Maintenance, you will work under the guidance of an experienced senior to make buildings future-proof.
You contribute to sustainability and smarter property management within projects and for clients.
Job requirements
- Minimum completed MBO-4 or HBO education (for example in Construction, Facility Management, or Installation Technology).
- Affinity with the management and maintenance of real estate.
- Ambition to implement innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Driving license B to visit clients on location.
- Eager to learn and strong interest in sustainability.
- A hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking ability.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
Tasks
- Act as a fixed point of contact for clients regarding operational and tactical real estate questions.
- Assisting in the drafting of project plans and sustainability reports.
- Organizing, contracting, and supervising sustainability work at client locations.
- Translating management plans into concrete annual plans and guiding the process to successful delivery.
- Identifying bottlenecks and proposing smart, proactive solutions to keep projects on time and within budget.
