Description
As a Technical Standards Editor, you work in the petrochemical sector on complex projects that form the core of industrial processes. You play a leading role in designing, developing, and improving installations and collaborate with a team of experts to realize efficient and sustainable solutions. You develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for various installations and for new transport media such as hydrogen, nitrogen, CO2, biogas, and hot water.

- Experience writing and editing business and technical texts.

- Excellent command of MS Word; experience with other Office programs is a plus.

Tasks
- Work on standards for various installations, from gas receiving stations and metering and control stations to LNG installations.
- Collaborating with engineers and subject matter experts within disciplines such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, instrumentation, and civil engineering.
- Assessing existing documents for currency in relation to standards and legislation.
- Setting up new documents according to a fixed structure and layout.
- Supporting engineers with adding and modifying content.
- Checking documents for coherence, consistency, and (linguistic) correctness.
- Rewriting texts to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Checking references and citations for accuracy and completeness.
- Guiding the process from amendment to publication of documents.
