Technical Service Mechanic Day Shift
Mechanical Service Technician on day shifts who inspects, maintains, and troubleshoots mechanical installations. Required: MBO-4 Mechanical Engineering or Applied Technical Training and a valid VCA certificate, plus willingness to work on-call shifts. You will work at a waste and energy site on sustainable energy and material recovery.
Description
As a Mechanical Technical Service Mechanic working day shifts at the Wijster location, you ensure that mechanical installations continue to run optimally and contribute to reliable and safe production processes.
Job requirements
- MBO-4 Mechanical Engineering program, AOT, or similar.
- In possession of a VCA diploma.
- Willingness to work on-call shifts.
- Good communicative skills.
Tasks
- Inspecting and maintaining mechanical installations, such as pumps, valves, and conveyors.
- Performing preventive maintenance in accordance with the maintenance plan (SAP).
- Resolving malfunctions and coordinating maintenance work.
- Working on modern installations within, among others, the waste-to-energy plant and the polymer sorting plant.
- Working according to strict safety guidelines and contributing to safe production processes.
