Description

As a Performance Management Consultant, you coach colleagues in the Northern Netherlands on the application of Performance Management and Continuous Improvement, enabling them to perform their work more effectively and efficiently. You contribute to improving production control and identifying and realizing improvement potential.

Job requirements

Tasks

  • Coaching colleagues at various levels in the application of Performance Management and Continuous Improvement.
  • Facilitating the performance dialogue until teams master it independently.
  • Ensure clear goals, for example using the OGSM or OKR methodology.
  • Striving for uniform working methods and a culture in which continuous improvement is central.
  • Act as the permanent point of contact for Kolham and potentially other northern branches; gather issues and help departments carry out their work more effectively and efficiently.
  • Developing and securing the maturity level in Performance Management and Continuous Improvement through guidance, exemplary behavior, and training based on standardized working methods.
  • Supporting clients with Lean issues, such as strategy execution and leading improvement initiatives.
  • Leading organization-wide improvement projects that contribute to the goals of the Operations business unit.
  • Collaborating with colleagues on self-development and team development by sharing knowledge and experiences.

Working conditions

  • Personal budget of 10% and a 13th month of 10,7% of your gross annual salary; in addition, holiday allowance of 8%.
