BB System

BB Systems was responsible for modifying and realizing the electrical and climate-related installations during the renovation of the notary office. The role encompassed both the dismantling and redesign of existing installations as well as the implementation of lighting and building automation.

• Dismantling of existing installations, including central heating systems and air conditioning systems.
• Modification and redesign of electrical installations.
• Installation of the lighting system in accordance with the lighting plan, including cabling, positioning, and connection of luminaires.
• Modifying and relocating data and network infrastructure.
• Implementation of building automation (Loxone) for lighting control, including presence detection and operation.
• Electrical connections for climate control systems.
• Coordination and close alignment with all involved parties, including Klimaatgroep Holland, for integrated design and execution.
• Architectural coordination for the integration of installations, such as lowering the ceiling and creating facade penetrations.

The redesign of the notary office required a complete overhaul of the technical installations, aligned with a new spatial layout and contemporary requirements regarding comfort and sustainability. The existing installations no longer met the functional needs. At the same time, there was an ambition to switch to an all-electric climate system and to gain better control over energy consumption and building performance. This combination of redesign, sustainability, and modernization called for an integrated approach, in which all installations were redesigned and coordinated with one another.

Stevens Idema Notariaat was founded in 2006 by Ms. Yvonne Stevens, LL.M., notary, and Mr. Eddy Idema, LL.M., candidate notary. With a small, close-knit team of nine employees, work is carried out in the fields of personal and family law, real estate law, and corporate law. Every day, the team strives to perform the requested services to the full satisfaction of clients.
