Field sales position responsible for commercial development and technical advice within HVAC/R in the Northern Netherlands.

Job requirements

  • Experience in technical-commercial field service, preferably in HVAC/R or refrigeration technology.
  • Strong technical affinity with heat exchangers, cooling, or industrial installations.
  • Results-oriented commercial drive with consultative selling skills.

Tasks

  • Acquisition and relationship management within the HVAC/R market in the Northern Netherlands.

  • Managing the entire sales process: inquiry, technical coordination, negotiations, and order closing.
  • Preparing sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting in CRM tools.
  • Consultation and coordination with internal engineers and project teams for flawless project execution.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities within industry, food, cold storage, and HVAC/R.
