International Account Manager
International Account Manager responsible for sales planning, acquisition, and relationship management in international markets.
A minimum of MBO or HBO education and several years of experience in (international) sales are required.
You work internationally within a technical offshore wind environment and report to the Director.
Description
As an International Account Manager at Vos Prodect, you are the link between the market and the organization, and together with the management team, you determine the commercial direction. You work internationally within a technical, offshore wind environment and are coached by the director.
Job requirements
- Completed MBO or HBO education, preferably in a commercial field.
- Several years of experience in an (inter)national sales role; preferably experience in the offshore, (wind) energy, or related industries.
- Experience with sales processes with long lead times and converting opportunities into sustainable partnerships.
- Strong commercial insight combined with substantive knowledge; you are a fully-fledged discussion partner regarding content and relationships.
- Proactive, enterprising, and independent personality with a high energy level and a sense of ownership.
- Ability to switch between strategy and practice and to operate within different cultures and organizations.
- Structured work approach, good prioritization, and perseverance.
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages and willingness to travel internationally and attend trade fairs.
Tasks
- Translating market insights into a clear short- and long-term sales plan and converting them into concrete actions.
- Executing relationship management and acquisition, including organizing marketing activities and international trade fairs.
- Ensuring a stable and predictable order flow so that engineering and production can work and deliver systematically.
- Actively maintaining relationships and visiting prospects and clients worldwide; travel and trade fair visits form a substantial part of the position.
- Collaborating with commercial colleagues, the management team, and the director to bring projects to a successful conclusion.
