Description of the organization
Since its founding, the organization has focused on both property maintenance and the preservation of metal structures in a broad sense. The company has experienced substantial growth over the past five years and now consists of nearly 200 employees. Due to this growth, the company is currently seeking additional capacity in the property department.
The real estate department focuses on painting, glazing, project furnishing, wall coverings, and carpentry. These activities are carried out within new construction, maintenance, and earthquake recovery projects. For every project, large or small, a suitable team of skilled craftsmen is assembled. The organization can act as a partner for working within an RGS team, via LEAN planning, or for a comprehensive outsourcing service where the entire execution is coordinated. Quality guarantees are applied to the painting work, and the organization professionally collaborates with the client to consider sustainable execution options.
Motivated colleagues with diverse expertise work within the organization. Corporate social responsibility is integrated into the organization; sustainability, the environment, and safety are top priorities. This is reinforced by certifications such as ISO:9001, VCA, Petrochemicals, and the CO2 Performance Ladder. Additionally, there are in-house procedures for the storage, processing, and disposal of environmentally harmful substances.
