Planner

As a Property Maintenance Work Planner, you are the point of contact and the central figure within projects.

• At least 3 years of experience as a work planner or estimator in the construction industry, focused on property maintenance.
• Affinity with making real estate sustainable (experience with painting is a plus).
• Strong construction insight and sense for quality.
• Proficiency with digital systems.
• Good communication and coaching skills.
• Initiative and sense of responsibility.

• Managing the implementation of projects in the Northern Netherlands.
• Drawing up quotations and estimates.
• Ordering or checking required materials.
• Monitoring hours, costs, materials, and progress in the digital system.
• Maintain an overview and adjust where necessary.
• Coaching the project team.
• Building and maintaining strong, sustainable customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the KVGM manager to carry out projects safely and responsibly.
• Attending progress meetings with clients and colleagues.

The property department carries out work in the fields of painting, glazing, project furnishing, wall coverings, and carpentry within new construction, maintenance, and earthquake repair projects.
