Description

As a Project Leader, you bear project responsibility and are ultimately responsible for achieving the desired project result. You lead multidisciplinary teams on new construction and renovation projects in the infrastructure and energy sectors and monitor scope, schedule, and quality.

Job requirements

  • Higher professional or university (HBO/WO) thinking level, preferably a completed technical HBO or WO education.
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • IPMA‑D or IPMA‑C certification (or willingness to obtain it).
  • Environmental awareness and skill in inspiring and persuading diverse stakeholders.

Tasks

  • Assuming project responsibility and ensuring the achievement of the intended project result.
  • Leading project management, risk management, and project control.
  • Coordinating engineering and material supply.
  • Taking care of environmental management, rights, and permits.
  • Managing contracts, execution, construction, commissioning, and aftercare for new construction and renovation projects.
  • Optimizing collaboration within project teams and with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in business development, project preparation, clustering, and execution of projects.
  • Act as sub-project leader in large, complex projects if necessary.
