Description

As a Contract Manager, you are responsible for organizing and managing maintenance agreements and for leading the operational team, with responsibility for quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Preparing calculations and (additional work) quotations.
  • Identifying potential follow-up assignments and maintaining close client contact, including client visits.
  • Financial monitoring of contractual projects.
