Description
As a Contract Manager, you are responsible for organizing and managing maintenance agreements and for leading the operational team, with responsibility for quality and customer satisfaction.
Job requirements
- At least a completed MBO level 4 education, preferably in a relevant technical field.
- Relevant knowledge and experience with the management and maintenance of building-related installations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and customer-oriented attitude, good organizational skills, and a structured working method.
Tasks
- Making and recording maintenance agreements.
- Ensuring that agreements made are correctly executed by the operational team.
- Managing and coordinating the operational team, including maintenance technicians, service engineers, and subcontractors.
- Operationally managing the entire process of management, service, maintenance, and fault analysis.
- Preparing calculations and (additional work) quotations.
- Identifying potential follow-up assignments and maintaining close client contact, including client visits.
- Financial monitoring of contractual projects.
- Keeping up with relevant technical market developments.
