Description
The role is available within the finance department of a leading player in sustainable energy production in Appingedam. You will work closely with finance professionals and provide financial support for investment projects and reporting. You will have the opportunity to improve processes, analyze figures, and collaborate with various departments within a technically innovative environment.
Job requirements
- Completed higher professional education in Business Economics, Accountancy, or similar.
- Analytical and independent work attitude.
- Knowledge of reporting rules such as Dutch GAAP and IFRS.
- Some experience in finance or controlling is a plus; entry-level candidates are welcome.
Tasks
- Preparing reports, budgets, and forecast analyses to support management.
- Contributions to the annual accounts, project controlling, and financial administration, including fixed assets and audits.
- Preparing tax returns, performing numerical analyses, and identifying discrepancies within financial processes.
