Service engineer

You work as a technician on a reliable energy network in your region. No day is the same: you go directly from home to work locations and visit a wide variety of households, making the work varied.

• Technical diploma at MBO level 2 or higher, preferably in electrical engineering.
• Instruction VOP LS Meter cupboard.
• Instruction VOP G Meters.
• Good command of the Dutch language.
• Driving License B.
• Residing in the Drenthe region due to the local nature of the position.
• Responsible work attitude and safety awareness ('we work safely or we don't work').
• Problem-solving ability and the ability to clearly inform colleagues and customers.

• Perform maintenance work around the meter cupboard.
• Troubleshooting (smart) meters.
• Working in a safe and responsible manner.

You work in a meter cabinet team that is part of the realization department. The team consists of fitters, site managers, technicians, and specialists.

The work atmosphere is helpful and learning-oriented; colleagues support each other and there is room to learn the trade. Much attention is paid to working safely and keeping up with technological developments.

There is an internal training and education department in Hoogeveen and the opportunity to shadow for half a day to get a better impression of the work and the organisation.
