Description of the organization
This concerns a consultancy and engineering firm working on projects with a major societal impact, with a clear focus on making the energy sector more sustainable.
The Energy unit consists of multiple departments, including RES (Regional Energy Systems), and works closely together in professional teams.
Within the department, there are two different site dynamics: one location is characterized by a relatively young team and an open, learning-oriented culture; the other location is driven by professionalization and many experienced employees who know projects from start to finish.
The department is involved in long-term projects and programs, such as grid expansions and themes related to touch safety and other sustainability initiatives.
Colleagues work together, help each other, and share knowledge through peer coaching groups, knowledge sessions, and an internal Academy with many learning tracks.
