Student Worker Sustainable Energy Support at a sustainable heating company in Groningen. Assisting residents by phone and email and processing data in systems. Minimum MBO-4 working and thinking level and good Dutch required.
Description
No two days are the same; you are the first point of contact for residents and help with questions about their heating. One day you have a lot of telephone contact, the next day you work more behind the scenes.
Job requirements
- There is no minimum education required.
- Minimum MBO-4 working and thinking level.
- Available approximately 16 hours per week (preferably Wednesday and Friday).
- You speak and write Dutch well.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented.
- You switch easily between systems and tasks.
- You work accurately and think in solutions.
Tasks
- Answer residents' questions by phone regarding malfunctions, invoices, and usage.
- Answering emails and helping residents that way.
- Processing data in various systems.
- Collaborating with colleagues in an energetic team to provide the best solutions.
Working conditions
- Salary between €15 and €18 per hour (depending on experience).
