Payroll Administrator

Are you a payroll administrator ready for the next step in a dynamic international environment? You work closely with HR and Finance and have influence on process optimization and automation.

• MBO+ or HBO education, preferably in a financial field.
• Approximately 2–5 years of experience in payroll administration; experience in a project environment is a plus.
• Experience with payroll software, preferably Cobra (SD Worx).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Experience with ERP systems and automated processes (required).
• Proactive, strong communicator, and a true team player.

• Processing and checking the monthly payroll.
• Applying laws and regulations regarding payroll taxes and employment conditions.
• Answering questions from employees and management.
• Identifying deviations and implementing improvements.
• Contribute to the automation and optimization of processes.
• Preparing reports and analyses.
