You work within a team of building experts and project managers to translate energy labels into actionable plans that combine maintenance and sustainability. You start at the foundations of buildings but develop towards advisory solutions that go beyond just a label.
Job requirements
- Completed MBO or HBO education in a construction or technical field.
- In possession of the EP-W/B diploma; EP-U/B is a major advantage or the ambition to obtain it quickly.
- Willingness to speak the language of construction or to learn it fluently.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Driving License B.
Tasks
- Independently conducting EP inspections (residential construction) and registering energy labels.
- Managing and verifying data to ensure the basic information is correct.
- Drafting tailored recommendations and analyzing which sustainability measures yield a return.
- Combining EP advice with building inspections according to NEN 2767.
- Supporting senior advisors in drafting Sustainable Multi-Year Maintenance Plans (DMJOP).
