Construction Manager
Description
As Project Manager, you represent the client and monitor quality, planning, budget, and collaboration. You liaise between preparation and execution and work on energy efficiency improvements, maintenance and renovation projects, new construction, and sustainable, circular projects.
Job requirements
- MBO or HBO diploma in Construction Engineering.
- At least five years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with maintenance, new construction, and sustainability of real estate.
- Knowledge of current laws and regulations.
- VCA VOL and driving license B.
- Decisive, analytical and a strong communicator; able to understand complex situations and bring calm.
Tasks
- Representing the client and monitoring quality, planning, and budget.
- Maintaining an overview, making decisive decisions, and ensuring agreements are honored.
- Bridging the gap between preparation and execution and connecting the interests of contractors, consultants, residents, and clients.
- Chairing construction meetings, monitoring contractual agreements and making adjustments where necessary.
- Taking ownership of projects and managing involved parties.
