Work Planner P&TA for complex projects and turnarounds at the chemical park in Delfzijl. Responsible for drafting and coordinating work packages and permits. Requirements: technical MBO-4 and several years of experience in a technical or chemical environment.
Description
You will become part of the Projects & Turnarounds department, which organizes and executes complex projects and turnarounds for MEB, Utilities & Facilities, Brine Extraction, and Salt Companies at the Delfzijl Chemical Park. You will work in a close-knit team with project and turnaround managers, execution supervisors, planners, schedulers, and a project inspector, and report to the project manager.
Job requirements
- Several years of experience in a technical work environment, preferably within the chemical industry.
- Knowledge of maintenance methods and techniques.
- Completed technical MBO-4 training or comparable.
- Experience in a role as a work planner is desirable.
- Good command of Dutch and English, spoken and written.
- Meticulous, stress-resistant, and a good team player.
- Preferably knowledge of relevant SAP modules, Maintasc and MS Office applications.
- Passion for technology, a hands-on mentality, and an independent, pragmatic, positive work attitude with a lot of initiative and perseverance.
Tasks
- Drafting work packages in SAP and/or Maintasc for safe, efficient, and effective execution by colleagues and external contractors.
- Visit the field to determine necessary activities and preparatory measures.
- Coordinating activities with technical services, production, engineers, purchasing, contractors and other external parties.
- Arranging the necessary work permits for the jobs.
- Order placing and monitoring of timely deliveries.
- Transfer prepared tasks to the scheduler in a timely manner and maintain close contact with the execution supervisor and project manager during execution.
- Manage work inventory, develop complete work packages and update task plans.
