Lead Supply Chain
Description
As Supply Chain Lead, you guide the chain behind two labels and ensure that assortment, procurement, and inventory align more intelligently. You work at the intersection of strategy and execution to make the operation scalable, predictable, and circular. In the first year, the focus is on achieving a harmonized assortment and a higher turnover rate.
Job requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, category management, or procurement.
- Demonstrable experience with SKU rationalization or supplier consolidation.
- Strong foundation in inventory control and multi-site planning.
- Data-driven: experience with Excel/Sheets and ERP/WMS.
- Strong analytical skills and decisive; able to negotiate firmly.
- Maintain an overview in a dynamic environment and views sustainability as a starting point.
- Willingness to travel between branches and to suppliers.
- Experience in the furniture, interior, retail, or logistics industry is a plus.
Tasks
- Managing the entire assortment, purchasing, and inventory for both labels.
- Developing a group-wide assortment and pragmatically reducing variants.
- Optimizing standard packages so that they are scalable and can be deployed circularly.
- Improving purchasing conditions through framework agreements and tough negotiations.
- Establishing a min/max policy and leading the monthly S&OP rhythm.
- Ensuring data quality in the Current ERP system.
- Managing based on KPIs such as purchasing performance, inventory reliability, and circularity.
- Achieve a higher turnover rate and lay the foundation for the next growth phase.
