Equipment Manager
Description
In Kolham, you are the central point of contact for all equipment, from tools and measuring instruments to PPE, clothing, communication equipment, and transport. You ensure that equipment is inspected and calibrated on time and that the administration is in order, so that technicians and specialists can work safely and without interruption on the energy grid. You coordinate the scheduling of inspections with external parties, monitor progress and quality, and collaborate with the Realisation internal team on process improvements.
Job requirements
You work in a structured and accurate manner and feel responsible for the safety and availability of equipment. You communicate clearly with colleagues and external parties, prioritize during busy periods, and take initiative for process improvements.
- MBO level 4 specialization in technology.
- Affinity with and knowledge of equipment, preferably oriented towards both electrical (E) and gas (G).
- NEN 3140 (inspection of work equipment) and NEN 2484 (inspection of stairs and ladders), or willingness to obtain these in the short term.
Tasks
- Coordinating, planning, and monitoring inspections and calibrations of materials, tools, and measuring instruments.
- Maintaining contact with external inspection and calibration parties.
- Performing inspections of equipment and tools yourself or having them performed.
- Ensuring correct administration of the inflow, storage, and outflow of equipment and tools.
- Keeping the management system up-to-date with changes and periodically reporting on progress.
- Monitoring the quality and timely execution of inspections and calibrations.
