Description
You will work as a solar panel installation technician in sustainable technology, with work related to solar energy and heat pumps. You will join a small, informal, and practical team with plenty of variety and job security.
Job requirements
- VCA certificate (mandatory).
- Demonstrable experience in installation technology and technical insight.
- Available for 32–40 hours per week.
Tasks
- Installing solar panels at various locations.
- Installing and connecting heat pumps and batteries.
- Assisting with central heating installations and other assembly work.
- Ensuring that installations are delivered safely, neatly, and in working order.
Working conditions
- Travel allowance of €0,23 per kilometer.
- Long-term work with the prospect of security.
- Temporary employment with the prospect of permanent employment (approximately 1–2 years).
- Choice of 32 or 40 hours per week.
- Training voucher of €1.000 for a training course of your choice.

Description of the organization
You will be working for a small and growing company specializing in sustainable installations, based in Heerenveen. The organization focuses on solar panels and is expanding into heat pumps, batteries, and central heating technology. Due to this growth, there is plenty of long-term work throughout the Netherlands. The team consists of approximately seven colleagues; they often work in pairs and are frequently on the road. The atmosphere is informal and practical.
