Job requirements

  • MBO level 4 education in electrical engineering or similar.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience as an electrical service technician.
  • Demonstrable experience in mentoring colleagues.
  • Knowledge of NEN standards and safety regulations.
  • VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one.
  • Driving License B.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

Tasks

  • Acting as a point of contact for complex electrical engineering issues within the energy sector.
  • Independently maintain, inspect, and optimize electrical installations at various clients.
  • Guiding and coaching fellow mechanics and sharing professional knowledge.
  • Ensuring the continuity and safety of installations; proactively preventing malfunctions and responding quickly to incidents.
  • Advising clients on energy-saving measures and sustainable solutions.
  • Contributing to and implementing improvements in installations.
  • Working on innovative projects that contribute to the energy transition.
