You coordinate the release chain and the planning of grid capacity for customer requests.
You manage chain-wide planning, coordinate execution, and report on progress and risks.

Description
You ensure that customers receive faster clarity regarding when capacity is available on the electricity grid. You bring direction, pace, and stability to a process with many dependencies and significant stakes, and make complex releases predictable, executable, and explainable. You oversee the release chain, align technical insights with operational execution, and collaborate closely with departments such as Asset Management, Corporate Banking, Production, and Communications.
Job requirements
- Higher professional or university level working and thinking skills.
- Extensive experience in coordination, project management, or supply chain management within a complex organisation.
- Experience with stakeholder management in an environment with conflicting interests.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to reduce complex information to clear choices and actions.
- Ability to maintain control, bring people along, and organize progress under pressure.
- Clear communication style, dares to take a stand, and knows when to take decisive action.
- Preferably experience within the energy sector or with a grid operator.
Tasks
- Developing and managing the chain-wide planning of upcoming releases.
- Translating the plan into concrete actions for the involved teams and ensuring that work starts on time.
- Making dependencies visible and coordinating the entire release cycle from preparation to completion.
- Monitoring progress, identifying bottlenecks, assigning actions, and scaling up when necessary.
- Drafting clear reports on progress, risks, and results.
- Ensuring that the departments involved know what is needed, when it needs to be done, and what that requires of them.
- Making decisions at the right time and facilitating collaboration between stakeholders.
Working conditions
- Nationally structured position with a focus on Groningen; weekly presence there is expected.
- Hybrid working is possible, including a home workspace set up by the organisation and a home working allowance of €2,45 net per day.
